Receiving Labels and Gokeeware Export
For use with the Unify3 POS System

Label Printing During Receiving
Price tags may be printed during receiving. This will make your store more efficient as price tags can be generated automatically for items when they are received. This unique functionality of the Barcode Label Printing module requires the Unify3 Stock Replenishment optional module.

Setup is effortless. Unify3 allows you to simply assign bar-codes for the item, and select Print UPC Label from Item Options.

Unify3 prints the quantity received from a purchase order using a menu option built into the Stock Replenishment module. . For example, if 25 of an item had been ordered and only 10 received, 10 labels would print.

The quantity of labels that print is the Received Quantity, not the Total Received Quantity.

GoKeeware Export
The Gokeeware Export function allows you to export Unify3 item information for use in GoKeeware. You may generate labels exactly the same way you do when printing labels, but selection of GoKeeware Export as the label type generates a data file that can be imported into Gokeeware.
