Unify3's Labor Scheduling module provides you with the capability to project a weekly work schedule based on a set of business rules, an average of up to eight selective previous weeks store quarter hour productivity information, and scheduled "events". The Labor

The Unify3 Labor Scheduling Module incorporates the principle of projecting next week's labor hours from a calculated average of previous weeks sales productivity totals along with the application of parameterized business rules.

Scheduling software schedules required jobs, not the actual employees performing the jobs. You as the manager must assign an employee to each scheduled job in the weekly plan.

The Weekly Labor Scheduling Main Menu is comprised of a toolbar and a database browser. The database browser will list all schedule records in the database for the current week selected.

From the main menu, you may open, delete or create a new job, print a weekly schedule, schedule business rules, and graphically view the schedule.
