Reports

There are three reports in the Physical Inventory Module. The reports are initiated from the Reports Submenu located on the main menu's toolbar.

Variance Report

The Variance Report allows you to quickly view variance in physical counts compared to system inventory levels. The Variance Report allows you to select many options: Print the report based on Percentage or Dollar Amount, set an Acceptable Variance Amount, and select to print Exception Items Only, All Items, Counted, or Uncounted Items.

Reprint Count Run

The Reprint Count Run report will reprint count sheets for an existing Inventory Run and/or regenerate a handheld device file.

Last Counted Report

The Last Counted Report gives a list of items with their stock location that were counted in the date range entered.
