The Problem: Donated goods arrive at your loading dock in assorted bags, boxes or without packaging of any kind.  You must sort, size, price and tag all items quickly to replenish your floor inventory and accurately price all merchandise.

The Solution: TagPro3 automates this labor intensive work with an easy to use graphical program that will save you countless hours and achieve much greater control and accuracy.  TagPro3 uses a touch screen terminal to guide your staff in assigning departments, sub-departments, color, size, price and quantity to all items and then printing a professional barcode label for every item.  At the time of sale the barcodes are simply scanned at checkout to insure accuracy for your customers.  If your are not yet scanning, the PLU number or price can be key entered into your existing Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

TagPro3 provides the Thrift Store industry with the same tools that have been used for years by mass merchandisers.  If your current plans may not include a full review of your point of sale requirements we are now pleased to announce that TagPro3 is available as a stand-alone product that may be used with your existing system.  This low cost program is easily implemented and compatible with Microsoft Office.

TagPro3 enables you to use the Microsoft Windows® COPY feature which allows you to copy data out of any TagPro3 report and Paste it into Microsoft Office.  This means that you can simply copy and paste data into Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.  Then, to faxing or electronic mail, enabling you to send store production data quickly to Headquarters

Today, your customers have come to expect merchandise to have a label that communicates to them size, color and pricing information.  TagPro3 will produce a professional, consistent label for each item in your store.  Customers can easily see what size and price are associated with the item they are purchasing therefore increasing customer confidence.  In addition, each label has an item number and a barcode for scanning the item at the point of sale

Management Reports  TagPro3 provides management with a suite of reports including the Pricer Productivity report that will help measure the Pricer performance of quantity of items produced. A Pricer Rating report that ranks Pricers by average item price for their production and items produced per hour.

Cashiers love TagPro3 too.  TagPro3 eliminates “price bartering” at the point of sale and helps you establish the “selling price”.  TagPro3 also helps cashiers by having them match the article being sold with a tag that notes an Item Descriptor and the correct price.

Pricing Structure  TagPro3 can help improve selling prices by allowing you to implement a more uniform and consistent pricing structure for a given type of item.  Pricers can choose from “Pre-set” management pricing choices for an item type (ie. Men’s Shirts)
